The Library provides a range of photocopying services. Our staff will be pleased to help you with your photocopying requirements.

Photocopying

Black and white self-service photocopying is paid for using University Coop copy card. The color photocopying service is offered at the University Coop. You can purchase a copy card at the University Coop to use the Library photocopier. Report a copier problem to a staff at the main counter. For those who wish to use coins, there is a coin photocopier on the 2nd floor of the library.

Departmental copy card

All full-time faculty members are eligible to apply for a professor's copy card. Individual professors can get the card at Information Circulation Unit (Reference counter). The photocopy fees are covered by research expenses.

Printing

Network printing is available on computers at the Searching room in the Library. Users are advised to bring papers themselves to make a copy.

Copyright and fair use

The Library's photocopying services are offered in accordance with the provisions of the copyright policy, so users are advised to fill in the photocopy request form when you copy in the library, and submit to a counter. see FAQs on copyright
