Born in Hyogo-Kenn, Japan and raised in the suburbs of Osaka. After Graduating from the Faculty of Commerce at Kwansei Gakuin University, I studied marketing and distribution science at Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University. About ten years ago I came to Otaru to teach marketing at OUC. I love Otaru and Hokkaido.
Now I am trying to get the bottom of the controversial issue of whether Japan's wholesale-distributors could survive in their changing environments or not, and also exploring key factors of the nationwide or global market development for the small-and medium-sized enterprises that are staying in their regional markets.

I was born and raised in the Netherlands. I came to Japan for the first time in 1987. Studied for one year at Osaka University for Foreign Studies while being a student at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. After graduating from the Department of Japanology of Leiden University I continued my studies at Kobe University's Graduate School of Business Administration, where I studied Marketing and Advertising. Finished the Doctoral program having obtained my credits and subsequently took on my current job at Otaru University of Commerce.
My present research interest lies in the application of Hofstede's framework of culture to cross-cultural advertising and consumer behavior in a similar vein to the approach suggested by de Mooij in her stimulating book "Global Marketing and Advertising" Sage, 1998.

I am born and raised in Gifu and start for my new post in this school via Kansei Gakuin University, local bank, auditor, Kansei Gakuin University graduate school from 2013.
In late years I study the experience value in the brand theory and association of the use situation in the situation factor study.
Like the experience value of the study theme mentioned above, I think that I can provide the education experience that I feel a theory and often think, and is easy to stay in the memory by a class.
