Born in 1947, Japan.

B.A. Economics, Waseda University, Japan, March 1971.
M.A. Economics, Hitotsubashi University, Japan, March 1973.
Enrolled Doctoral course in Hitotsubashi University, Japan, through April 1973 to March 1976.
Research Associate in Hitotsubashi University: through April 1976 to March 1978.

Joined in Faculty of Commerce as Assistant Professor, Otaru University of Commerce on April 1, 1978.
Associate Professor: through October 1979 to September 1988.
Professor: through October 1988 to present.

Visiting Scholar: Department of Economics, University of Rochester, U.S.A., through March 1992 to March 1994.
I read and demonstrated my CAL(Computer Assisted Learning) in Economics programs in the seminar coordinated by Vice Chairman & Lecturer Michael Wolkoff ( Department of Economics, University of Rochester) on Feburuary 10, 1993.
I also visited at Department of Economics, University of Colorado at Boulder, U.S.A. for research through Sept 1, 1992 to Sept 10, 1992.
I read and demonstrated my CAL(Computer Assisted Learning) in Economics programs in the seminar coordinated by Professor Hsiao (Department of Economics, University of Colorado at Boulder) on September 4, 1992.

On January 19 and January 21, 1999, I addressed my lectures on my CAL(Computer Assisted Learning) in Economics programs for Windows95/98 and related resources in the classes coordinated by Professor Hsiao (Department of Economics, University of Colorado at Boulder).
I also got the preliminary data for experimental economics.
